 It's all about creativity!

I have had the desire to decorate for as long as I can remember.  I was inspired at an early age by my mother, who is very creative and taught me basic design principles.   Being creative comes naturally for me.  I have always been very innovative.  As a young adult, I learned out of necessity how to creatively solve problems and make something out of almost nothing.   I love salvage yards, garage sales and thrift stores.   I like to think outside of the box to see if I can mix things up a bit.  I am inspired by challenges and am tenacious when it comes to finding a solution.   I believe you can have a designer look for a fraction of the cost.  

My first creative business endeavor was "Off The Wall Creations" designing three dimensional wall art.  I went to college for business and owned a Home Organization and Management business for fifteen years.  I decorated for certain clients as well as for friends and family.  In 2001 I was asked by Grand Vista Homes to decorate a custom built playhouse for a charity benefit held by the Parade of Homes.  The builders were so impressed with my work that they asked me to decorate two rooms in their home.  This experience inspired me to build my portfolio and begin my decorating business. 

I also offer consultations for the do-it-yourselfer.  I have broken down my services allowing you to choose which ones best fit your needs.  I can be as much a part of the process of decorating your home as you want me to be.  I invite you to view some of my work and be inspired.

My Decorating Philosophies

You can have a beautiful environment no matter what your budget.

Wonderful things can happen when you are willing to think outside of the box.

Function is just as important as beauty.

The first idea doesn't necessarily have to be the final solution.

The master bedroom should be the first room that is decorated in everyone's home.

I believe that wall color should complement a room, not be the room.
