This client had previously chosen lodge furniture with the goal of achieving a lodge look, but only managed to get a country feel. To begin the transformation, the bed was featured by placing it on the opposite wall. A detailed faux finish was applied on the walls and several textures were added to the bedding, which completed the lodge look.

The client's beloved bear statue was restored and turned into a night table. |

Two of these chairs were found at a thrift store and refinished and re-upholstered. The faux finish on the wall was achieved using torn paper and stenciling. |

In the connecting master bathroom, the faux treatment was continued with the addition of a border above the sunken tub. |
